My daughter and I visited Cantina del Vesuvio in 2019. I tried the olive oil that day and it spoiled me for any other kind. It is so light and delicious. I will not use any other.

This was my 4th visit to Vesuvio Vineyards with various family members. I absolutely love their wine vinegar. I belong to the wine club, so I can enjoy getting my favorite wine whenever I want. We stayed for the wine tasting with lunch which is always delightful.

I love the wines but this is probably my favorite product from Cantina del Vesuvio. It is so unique. I'be purchased it so many times. I love it on summer salads especially where I add fruit. It's just amazing. I often buy bottlesof this unique vinegar as gifts for my foodie friends.

Chef Esther Grosso's labor of love is a wonderful book filled with traditional recipes of regional dishes. If you can't go to Italy, this book transports you there. Brava Chef Esther!!

Chef Esther Grosso gave us a fantastic experience, showing my family how to make fresh pasta dishes and lemon almond cake from scratch. We also toured the winery and tasted the rosso and riservo wines, all excellent! Grazie mille for a memorable and enjoyable time!

My husband has reflux and has to limit anything made with a tomato base. When we had the spaghetti at Cantina del Vesuvio, he didn’t have any issues. When I found the cookbook, I was so excited. I’ve been able to make 4 dishes so far and he hasn’t had a single issue! This is a great purchase.

I have not had a chance to try any of the recipes yet. At first glance, they look interesting and great. Can't wait to try some of them!
