I have never tasted anything like this vinegar! It is thick and syrupy and SO DELICIOUS! It’s fantastic on tomatoes or as a dip for bread! I can’t get enough of it!
My mother in law visited this winery years ago and brought back vinegar for us. We savored every drop. When a recent trip took us to the region, visiting here and ordering several bottles was at the top of my list!

We haven’t open our bottle yet because we are waiting on sharing it with a friend that appreciates a good wine. We had this wine when we visited your beautiful vineyard and loved it.
I have been ordering this wine vinegar for a few years after a friend brought some back to the States from a trip to Italy. We love it on green salads especially with fruit and goat cheese. I have tried some similar things in the States but nothing is as good as this is.
We enjoy it as much now as we did when we visited the winery. Awesome Spumante year after year.
This wine was featured at the winery for our tasting experience. This is such a sweet, lush wine. I’m partial to reds- but I will enjoy this again! And again!

One of my favorite wines, compliments many foods. You can taste the richness from the soil with every sip.
Stopped at Cantina del Vesuvio in 2023 on a family trip and immediately fell in love with the view and their fine products, so now my wine fridge is being filled with vino from Italy as well as Northern California.
Took two bottles to my Granddaughter’s graduation party. The guests commented on the bottle and after explaining where they came from they asked to sample the wine. I should have taken four bottles as the sample turned in to glasses. Rave reviews from all the guests. It was a big hit!
I’ll have to find another wine to take to gatherings and save yours for my own enjoyment.
